Empower Yolo’s services are considered essential and we remain open during regular office hours to provide services to individuals and families in need. Empower Yolo is following protocols and taking precautions to keep our clients, staff, and volunteers healthy and safe.

West Sacramento (This office permanently closed in April 2024)

The West Sacramento office is permanently closed, but the Domestic Violence Restraining Order Clinic is in a new location:

West Sacramento Restraining Order Clinic:  Arthur F. Turner Library, 1212 Merkley Ave, West Sacramento on Wednesdays, starting July 10th, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Please note that although the library officially opens at 11:00 a.m., the restraining order clinic will commence at 9:30 a.m.
