NEW! Online Support Group Focusing on Self-Care
Empower Yolo is excited to announce that we are starting an online support group for those who have experienced domestic violence or sexual assault at some point in their lives. This is different from the other domestic violence and sexual assault groups we have, as the focus is on SELF-CARE. We want to give our clients a chance to still receive the benefit of being in a group during this time. If you are interested please contact Amy at: [email protected] to register for the group and receive a link to the group room on Zoom.
Criteria to be in the group:
-Must be 18 years or older
-Must be able to attend on Zoom either over the phone or video conference
-Must have a confidential space to talk (children are discouraged from being in the room while the group is going on as this is still a DV/SA support group and subjects may be inappropriate for children).
NEW! West Sacramento Support Group
Drop-in, Wednesday evenings from 6:00 – 7:00pm. Call ahead to attend and for location at 530-665-5311
